►Where do you ship from?
 
I ship from the United States.



►Do you ship worldwide?

Excluding the EU and UK, yes.

►Do you ship to the UK and/or EU?

Only through my Etsy.



►What about customs fees?

You are responsible for paying all customs fees that may come with receiving a package from me.



►How long will my order take to get to me?

For domestic orders, it may be roughly 1-3 weeks, and for international orders, it may be roughly 4-6 weeks. Also, outside circumstances may affect shipping carriers, and as a result, affect the timeline of your order.

Preorder items will ship out later due to proccessing and production, but will take the same amount of time once sent.

►My order says it's being delivered to Elk Grove, IL, but I don't live in the US. Where's my package going?

It's not a mistake! Your package is going to a shipping partner that handles international orders*. It's delivered there before heading out to its destination country. You should recieve another tracking number some time afterwards.

*Excluding Canadian orders as packages get shipped directly to Candian adresses.

►How do I add more items to a purchase after I've already made it?

Just contact me letting me know you'd like to make an additional purchase and we'll go from there.



►What if my package gets damaged or lost?

Once a package is sent out, what happens to it is out of my hands and is entirely the responsibility of the mail carrier. If you have any issues with the status of your package, you'll have to contact the carrier. If you contact me, there's very little chance I can help you.



►What are your replacement/refund policies?

You'll be refunded if you contact me before your purchase is shipped. Unless there's a mistake on my part, I will not issue replacements or refunds otherwise.

►What are your refund policies for preorder items?

Same as the answer above.
